  1. How long is shipping?
    Domestic (within New Zealand): 2-5 business days.
    International: Shipping times will vary depending on your country. Most packages are delivered within 3 weeks, however most arrive before this time. Due to global supply chain Covid-19 disruptions, there could be delays up to 21 additional business days.
    A tracking number is provided with every order to allow the recipient to check delivery progress.

    International customs charges: Please be mindful of potential charges for your country. We ship from New Zealand and each country receiving goods may have a different policy. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are aware of any type of charges in their country.
  2. How do I use The Ultimate Grip?
    Shake well before use. Apply small amount on clean, dry hands and / or required area. Spread evenly and let it dry before your motion. Reapply if required. To remove, wash hands with soapy water.  
  3. Can I use The Ultimate Grip on my body?
    Yes! The Ultimate Grip by Zelania Active can be used on your hands and any body part part you wish to improve grip and reduce sweat.
  4. What are the ingredients of The Ultimate Grip?
    Alcohol, Aqua, Silica, Propanediol, Saccharide Isomerate, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate.
  5. Are ingredient of The Ultimate Grip safe?
    All ingredients of The Ultimate Grip are compliant with EWG (https://www.ewg.org/) and have rating of 1 (out of 10). The ingredient hazard score, from 1 to 10 (where 1 means safe and 10 high hazard), reflects known and suspected hazards linked to the ingredients. A product’s hazard score is not an average of the ingredients’ hazard scores. It is calculated using a weight-of-evidence approach that factors in all of the hazards or health impacts associated with the ingredients.
    The Ultimate Grip doesn’t contain harsh chemicals, silicones, SLS, SLES or ALS, petrolatum / mineral oils, synthetic fragrances, animal derivatives, artificial colours, phenoxyethanol, formaldehydes, phthalates and parabens.
  6. Does The Ultimate Grip contain palm oil?
    No, it doesn’t. The Propanediol we use is skin-friendly, alternative to petroleum-based glycols with no palm oil used. It is 100% sustainably and renewably sourced from corn.
  7. What is the shelf life after opening?
    The Ultimate Grip has Period After Opening (PAO) 12 months meaning you should use the product within 12 months after you open it.
  8. Are sugarcane tube completely recyclable at the kerb?
    Yes. High-density polythene (HDPE), made from sugarcane, is physically and chemically equivalent to conventional petrochemical plastic. This means that, unlike other bio-based plastics, it may be recycled along the same chain as conventional (#2) plastics derived from petrochemical sources. Our tubes are 100% kerbside recyclable.
  9. How does sugarcane capture carbon dioxide and minimise your carbon footprint?
    Plants use tiny pores in their leaves to absorb carbon dioxide from the environment. In order to produce sugars and eventually more complex compounds for use by the plant in growth and metabolism, they require carbon dioxide for photosynthesis. The carbon dioxide captured during the sugarcane cultivation process (from sugarcane growth until its production) remains stored during the plastic’s entire life cycle (so long as it isn’t destroyed). About 2 kilograms of CO2 from the atmosphere are captured and stored by each kg of sugar plastic.
  10. Is sugarcane tube biodegradable?
    It cannot be composted or biodegraded. Biodegradable plastic must currently go through a commercial composting facility per current technology. Due to the difficulty of obtaining this in Australasia, biodegradable plastic frequently contaminates recycling systems or ends up in landfills, where its slow rate of decomposition makes it less than desirable. Sugar plastic is a recyclable substance that can actually be recycled normally using the facilities we already have, much as plastics created from petrochemicals. If our sugarcane tube would biodegrade or would be incinerated, the captured carbon dioxide would be released back to the atmosphere and it would then be carbon neutral. The fact that our sugarcane bottle is recyclable is advantageous, since it reduces carbon emissions.
  11. How should I dispose of The Ultimate Grip tube?
    The Ultimate Grip tube is 100% recyclable and can be added to your recycle bin.

  13. I didn’t receive an order confirmation email? What I should do?
    Please make sure to check the junk and spam folders in your email as well as all other folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email hello@zelania.co.nz to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout. 
  14. What currency is used on Zelania Active website?
    Although the items in your shopping cart will be shown in your local currency, you will pay for your purchase in NZD at the most recent exchange rate. All orders on Zelania Active website are processed in NZD (New Zealand Dollars).
    Our website has a currency converter that will automatically convert prices to your local currency for your convenience. Because of this, the amount in your confirmation email and the amount on your bank statement could not match.
  15. What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?
    Within two hours after placing your order, send an email to hello@zelania.co.nz if you noticed a typo in your postal address. Your full name, order number, and the new shipping address must be included in the email with the subject line “ADDRESS CHANGE.”
  16. How can I return item I don’t like?

    Refunds are only available for faulty items. Once your order has been placed it may not be possible to change your order due to the order being fulfilled and placed for posting, however we will do our best.
